Xinmin Secondary School, founded in 1945, is an autonomous secondary school in Hougang, Singapore, with an enrollment 1,562 students. It conducts classes in English, Chinese, Malay and Tamil. The programs offered by the school are Character Development Program, Co-curricular Program that actively builds character and leadership qualities, Student Leadership Development Program, Habits of Mind Program coupled with Project Work, Aesthetics Program, Bicultural Exchange and Twinning Program, Information Communications Technology, Biomedical Life Science Research Program and Talent Development Program.
