Course description:
The objective of the course is to develop knowledge, skills and competencies to deal with the variables of management in organizations that operate in complex, changing and turbulent environments. Students will acquire the skills and knowledge in HR Management and developed attitudes and values to enable them to have a sound and comprehensive understanding of core areas of knowledge relevant to management.
Entry requirements:
Applicant must have completed GCE 'A' level or equivalent; or completion of high school education (Yr 12); or Nanyang Certificate in Business Management; or any other equivalent qualifications subject to approval of Nanyang Institute of Management Academic Board.
