Course description:

This course aims to give students a strong foundation in the basic principles necessary for effective operations. In addition, students will be provided with a broad-based training in the multi-facets of the industry. With the Advanced Diploma in Tourism and Hospitality Management, students are also given wider opportunities to cross disciplines that offer them greater flexibility and versatility in their academic and career pathways.

Entry requirements:

Students should have completed GCE ‘A’ level credit or equivalent qualifications and a minimum of 12 years basic education. Applicants who do not meet the minimum GCE ‘A’ level requirement or equivalent should have three GCE ‘O’ level credits including English and mathematics; ‘N’ level qualification (subject to English and mathematics placement tests before admission); and must be ITC/ ITE graduates from NITEC in Service Skills (Office) or NITEC in Service Skills (Retail). They should have a minimum of 10 years basic education.

Application details:

Students should submit the completed application along with a non refundable application fee or S$200. The fee must be paid either by Singapore cheque or local bank draft to the REC College Pte Ltd. In addition to these, they need to submit the following documents: copies of educational certificates and transcripts (original language and English translated); two passport sized photographs, copy of identity card or passport and updated resume if applicant has working experience for more than one year.
