Course description:

This programme is specially designed with more concentrated business knowledge with emphasis on human resource management. Student of this course will acquire skills and techniques to manage organisational change in addition to complex issues in the contemporary global business environment. The programme is particularly sought after by human resource managers who wish to seek further leadership and strategic HR skills, it provides the skills and knowledge required to manage an increasing changing and challenging HR environment. The programme provides students an option to progress on to the Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Business and Human Resource Management and further to pursue the master degree in international business awarded by Coventry University, UK.

Entry requirements:

Students to be admitted to the course must be at least 18 years of age and must have a related business diploma from Auston Institute of Management and Technology, or related business diploma from recognised institutions or professional certificate from recognised institutions.
