Course description:

The programme aims to provide managers to understand organizational behavior and group dynamics, and motivate factors that influence desired social and ethical behavior in business and administration. It provides students with a critical and evaluative theoretical grounding in management, experiential training, and capacity to diagnose organizational policy, social and global situations. The curriculum places considerable emphasis on the development and use of analytical and decision-making skills as well as direct application of such skills to actual work situations. Graduates of this program can seek employment in functional management across the whole economy.

Entry requirements:

Applicant should have any one of the following qualification: completion of General Certificate of Education Advanced Level or equivalent; High School Diploma or equivalent; or completion of examinations conducted by Professional Bodies. They must be above 21 years of age with General Certificate of Education Ordinary Level or equivalent.

Application details:

Applicant must submit the application form at least two months and not more than six months from the course commencement date. They have to submit the following documents: two copies Form 16, Form V39S, and Form V36; two recent passport-sized photographs (colour/black and white); official birth certificate (photocopy); certified/notarized copies of highest educational certificates and result transcripts; personal particular pages of applicant’s travel document (photocopy); local sponsor’s identity card (photocopy); and one copy of Form V36A duly completed and signed by the school.
